You choose the site, and he will bring all of the equipment that you need. Semi-Private Training is also available.
Strength and Conditioning
Programs are offered that focus on founding and developing overall athletic skills. Sports specific strength and conditioning programs are available ranging from the youth level up to the college and professional levels. A stronger athlete is a better athlete.
Nutrition Consultation
In order to maximize the results of any fitness program, it's important to incorporate proper nutrition. Specific individual dietary plans are not specifically prescribed; however, general guidelines and information that is geared towards your specific goals are discussed. It is best to incorporate nutrition consultations with personal training.
Boot Camp and Group Circuit Training
Boot camp classes are great for thoese looking for an extremely challenging workout. Circuit Training is a fast paced and effective way to incorporate several areas of fitness into one!
